Fleet Order 1141-B was issued 5 November 2014 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order commissioned HM Pinnace Hexapuma-01. The pinnace was decommissioned 13 May 2016 (see Second Fleet Order 1605-B).

Re: Commissioning of Pinnace Hexapuma-One, 5 NOV 2014 (Fleet Order 1411-B)

Effective 05NOV2014, PINNACE HEXAPUMA-ONE, a MK30 Condor-class pinnace, is hereby COMMISSIONED and assigned as a support craft to HMS Hexapuma CA-412, assigned to Second Fleet. Pinnace Hexapuma-01 is based in O'Fallon, Illinois. As of the date of Commissioning, Michael Wood is appointed Commanding Officer of Pinnace Hexapuma-One and is brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant, Junior Grade. The following personnel are assigned to Pinnace Hexapuma-One:

  • LTJG Michael Wood, Commanding officer
  • SPCR/3 Jeffery Morgan
