Commanded by Major General Sir Sir Martin R. Tizura, KE, SC, OG, NS, DSO, CGM, RMMC, from aboard HMS Vixen, the force's area of operations includes the American states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin as well as part of the Canadian province of Ontario.
