* Personnel in the grades of C-21 through C-23 will wear navy blue, slip on, soft shoulder loops on each epaulet. As Crown appointees, independent of the Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine hierarchy, these personnel, when wearing RMMM uniforms, will display a crown, embroidered in gold, rather than any of the normal departmental insignia. The shoulder loops will feature the wearers rank stripes in gold. In the interest of space, the rank stripes should be scaled appropriate to the size of the shoulder loop.
