Re: Promotion of Lieutenant Bryar Nelson to Captain • FORCECOM Order 0607-B

By the Office of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Force Command, representing Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth III of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and Empress Elizabeth I of the Star Empire of Manticore:
Know Ye, that by the authority vested in me and reposing special trust and confidence in the patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities of 1st Lieutenant Bryar Nelson, I do hereby promote you to the rank of Captain, Royal Manticoran Marines.
Remember, Captain, you are heir to a long and proud tradition of leadership. By accepting this promotion, you are charged with demonstrating those standards of performance, moral courage, and dedication to the Corps and the Crown which may serve as an enviable example to your fellow Marines.
Your desire to excel and to guide others must be boundless; your appearance must be a mode for others and your performance must be continual reflection of your sincerity, attention to duty, and moral responsibility. By exhibiting unfailing trust and obedience toward superiors, cooperation and loyalty to your peers, and understanding and strength to your subordinates, you will contribute greatly to the effectiveness and good name of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps.

By my hand, on this 6th day of July, the year two thousand and thirteen.
