StarFest 2017 was held in Denver Colorado, April 21-23, 2017. It was declared an Admiralty House event by the Second Space Lord, Lady Mountain View, Diane Bulkeley.

As an Admiralty House event, TRMN members who staffed the event are eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal. By my authority as commanding officer, Eighth_Fleet; the following individuals are awarded said medal: (This award is a 1 per year award, so if the HWCM has been earned at another Admiralty House event in 2017, this award doesn't apply)

For significant travel to assist in this event, the following individuals are awarded the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal. (This is also a 1/year award, so if previously received in 2017, this award does not apply).

Rear Admiral of the Red Dan Brandow
Commodore Cheryl Krause

For their extensive work preparing for and staffing the RMN Stitchbay and recruiting tables (including the acquisition of many of the supplies and equipment for operation of the Stitchbay), the following individuals are awarded the Queen's Bravery Medal, with all the accompanying rights and responsibilities (including the postnominal QBM):

Rear Admiral of the Green Lady the Duchess of Mountain View Diane Bulkeley
Ensign Donovan Hatcliff
Ensign Sky Meyers-Forby
Chief Petty Officer Chris Parks

For their assistance in acquiring the supplies for Missile Pods (the ingredients are difficult to locate in Colorado - I blame the Solies for their damn embargo) and their assistance hosting the events (including making and serving said Missile Pods). The Conspicuous Bravery Medal, with all the accompanying rights and responsibilities (including the postnominal CBM) is awarded to:

Commodore Cheryl Krause
Commander Drew Drentlaw

The following officers showed great leadership and exceptional service in order to make sure that the TRMN presence at StarFest worked well. Their actions reflected highly on BatCruDiv 865 and 8th Fleet as a whole, I, therefore, award them the Meritorious Service Medal:

Captain of the List Tammy Schoonover
Commander Benyamin Loyola, GSN
Ensign Mike Lythgoe

The Navy Commendation Decoration is awarded to the following individuals for their various services during the event.

The Prisoner of War Medal is awarded to Spacer 3/c Ellen Garrett for pitching in and assisting the Klingons clean up their room party while "repp-ing" for TRMN.

Finally, for their esprit de corps through a difficult time, successfully putting on a productive convention appearance in the midst of significant internal turmoil, and the example of growth they are showing to 8th Fleet. As Commanding Officer 8th Fleet, I award Battle Cruiser Division 865 the Royal Meritorious Unit Citation for 8th Fleet. All members of HMS ''Enterprise'' and HMS ''Reliant'', as of August 1st 2017, are authorized to wear the Unit Citation award.
