The Bureau of Communications (abbrev: BuComm) is one of the seven bureaus of the Royal Manticoran Navy. The head of this bureau is known as the Fourth Space Lord (abbrev: 4SL), an office currently occupied by the Baron of Serpent Head Point, Rear Admiral of the Red Lord Sir David Weiner, KSK, GCE, CGM.
