Bureau Nine (BuNine) is David Weber's team of technical consultants for developing Honorverse canon.

TRMN relation with BuNine

Within the The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc., Ninth (Torch) Fleet is reserved for Bureau Nine. Tom Pope, as the head of BuNine, is considered Commanding Officer of Ninth Fleet.
