Re:	Appointment of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy Staff Officer for Personnel (S1) (BuTrain Order 089-16)

Ensign Lohengrin Pérez Canón, GSN, (RMN-2107-16) is hereby appointed to the position of Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy Staff Officer for Personnel (S1), with all of the duties and privileges assigned. Ensign Lohengrin Pérez Cañón you are hereby brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander GSN.

Commander Pérez Canón, you are to report, post haste, to the Office of the Commandant, Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy, Commodore Robert Demkiw, where you will assume the duties as Staff Officer for Personnel (S1).

Effective: 14 October 2016.
