Petty Officer 3rd Class Patrick Anderson (RMN-3259-15) of HMSS Greenwich, is hereby appointed to the position of SIA Technical Specialties College Legalman Instructor in the Command Department, and brevet promoted to Chief Petty Officer (E-7).

Effective 4 March 2017.
