Re: Appointment of Merchant Fleet Academy Unlicensed Deck Instructor (BuTrain Order 009-17)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:

Kevin Powers (RMN-3900-16) of HMS Revenge (SD-317) is hereby appointed to the position Merchant Fleet Academy Unlicensed Deck Instructor.

Chief Powers, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Deck College of the Merchant Fleet Academy to assume your duties as Unlicensed Deck Instructor.
