BuShips Directive 1204-04 was issued on 26 April 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Samurai (CL-356).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 26, 2012, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Samurai (CL-356). The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Commander Jill McTavish, assigned as CO of HMS Samurai
- [[Lieutenant Commander[[ Julie Chase, assigned as XO of HMS Samurai
- Chief Petty Officer Craig Meyer, assigned as Bosun of HMS Samurai
The crew of this ship are as follows:
- Lieutenant, s.g. Anne Marie Duerksen
- WO3 Bow Ludwig
- Spacer 1st Class Christy Bennet
- Spacer 2nd Class E. Thyme Ludwig
- Spacer 2nd Class Dan McTavish
