Admiralty Order 1408-02 was issued August 23, 2014 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It appoints the First Lord of the Admiralty's Staff Liaison Officer.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint and promote Kim Niemeyer to Commander and order him to continue in the position of Staff Liaison Officer of the First Lord of the Admiralty. His responsibility is for coordinating all the awards issued by the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty.
