History
Pitchfork was commissioned on 18 August 2018 under the command of then-LTSG Dramir Janos. The Pitchfork was assigned to patrol Central Europe.
The Pitchfork had the GNS Glory (CLAC-09) as its parent ship. It formed part of the 9th LAC Wing.
After Thirteenth Fleet was activated the Pitchfork transferred to that fleet.
