This rocker is worn by members of the Home Guard with the flight suit to differentiate them from those in the Regular Army. Flight Suit: Royal Manticoran Army

The flight suit is only worn by personnel assigned to Army Aerospace Command Squadrons. It should be considered on par with the cold weather fatigue uniform, crewman coveralls, and convention minimum.


Uniform

Flight Suit

All ranks will wear an OD green flight suit modified to have a mandarin collar. No belt is worn. The flight suit is worn un-bloused with black, low topped, boots.

Undershirt

All ranks will wear a black, close fitting, mock turtleneck.

Headgear

Regular Army and Home Guard will wear a green RMA beret with the RMA flash positioned over the left eye.
The Queen's Own will wear a scarlet RMA beret with the Queen's Own flash positioned over the left eye.

Branch Patch

All ranks will wear the RMA Aerospace Command patch affixed to the upper right sleeve. The patch may be attached with Velcro if a Velcro panel is provided.

Squadron Patches

All ranks will wear their squadron patch affixed to the upper right breast, opposite the flight suit style name badge. The patch may be sewn on or affixed with Velcro. OD green Velcro should be used, and cut to fit the shape of the patch.

Name Badge

All ranks will wear a flight suit style name badge on the left breast. The name badge should be constructed from OD green, Velcro backed, fabric and have a black merrowed edge. The name badge features the wearers earned aerospace wings in silver as well as ABBREVIATED RANK, FIRST INITIAL, and LAST NAME. The identifying information of those assigned to the Regular Army and the Home Guard is embroidered in capri blue. The identifying information of those assigned to the Queen's Own is embroidered in poppy red.

Rank Insignia and Shoulder Brass

Personnel in the grades of E-1 through E-10 no not display any additional rank insignia on the flight suit.


Wearing of Arms

A plain black, tactical style, gun belt may be worn with a standard Manticoran military sidearm and its accompanying drop leg holster. The belt should be worn at the natural waist.
