There are four series of rank/promotion courses offered on the Saganami Island Campus: Enlisted, Warrant Officer, Officer, and Flag Officer. The courses are designed to test a candidate’s knowledge on issues pertaining to TRMN, the Honorverse, and Military History. They are also designed to help develop management and leadership skills that will benefit you in leading a department, commanding a single ship, and/or being the commanding officer of a division, squadron, or fleet of ships.

After taking Intro to TRMN 1, 2, 3, the SINC Enlisted Training Center continues to introduce the Honorverse and TRMN. Enlisted Courses are designed to familiarize students with the basic history of the RMN and naval warfare in general, along with other information dealing with aspects of military life. In the prerequisite GPU courses, the basics of leadership and management are covered.

==Warrant Officer Training Center==
The SINC Warrant Officer Training Center provides training to those who seek the Monarch’s Warrant. Warrant Officers are chosen from the ranks of experienced non-commissioned officers (with at least six months at E-6 or higher) who want to excel in an area of specialty. Warrant officer courses expand on the basics learned in the Enlisted Training Center and continue to cover management and leadership functions required of those who would hold a warrant in the TRMN.

The SINC War College provides knowledge and skills to take you to the next level. The War College focuses heavily on advanced management, leadership, and tactics, with emphasis on being a leader in TRMN.

*The [[SIA Warrant Officers School]] is designed to advance Senior Non-Comms who deserve and have earned the chance for more command responsibility and furthers the leadership advanced by the Non-Comm Section of the Enlisted Academy.
*The Junior Officer School trains the first three levels of Officer. These courses focus on basic management and leadership. In addition to this, there is a management course which serves as an intro to the next school.
*The Senior Officer School trains the next three levels of Officer. These courses focus on more advanced management and leadership techniques. In addition there will also be courses on tactics introduced at this level.
*Staff Officers School (RMMC Personnel Only) - The Staff Officers School is exclusive to the RMMC at the moment and is only available to individuals who have passed the qualifying courses and have been nominated by a Colonel or above. This is an extremely hard set of exams which will really stretch your ability to provide a well thought out and reasoned answer to some of the hardest questions faced during operations planning.
