The Royal Council was formerly the governing board of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
With the adoption of TRMN's Bylaws in 2023, the Royal Council became the Steering Committee[1], referred to internally as the Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff, under the Board of Directors.
