Fleet Order 1608-B was issued 3 August 2016 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded the Prisoner of War Medal to LCDR Michael Timko.

GRYPHON FLEET ORDER 1608-B 03AUG2016 |
Lieutenant Commander Michael TIMKO, HMLAC Abraxas, represented the Royal Manticoran Navy by participating in recruiting table operations with the Federation ship USS Navigator at All AmeriCon 7 in Warren, OH, 10 July 2016, wearing a mix of Starfleet insignia and his TRMN convention wear. Effective 03 August, 2016 Lieutenant Commander Timko is hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL and authorized to wear the POW ribbon.
Congratulations and thanks to LTCDR Timko for promoting TRMN and furthering good relations with a fellow fan organization.
