To:	All Officers and Enlisted in The Royal Manticoran Navy, the Grayson Space Navy and all allied navies and armed forces

Re:	Ships Order 01-2008-18 - Promotion to Officer

As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For services to the Constantine during its construction and shakedown cruise and having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:

Sick Berth Attendant Petty Officer 3rd Class Angela Linley is hereby promoted to Ensign in the Grayson Space Navy.
