BuShips Directive 2403-03 was issued on 11 March 2024 by the Third Space Lord. This directive enters a ship onto the List of Honor, and awards unit citations.

Re:	BuShip Directive 2403-03, List of Honor Award, Calendar Year 2023

Members of the Grand Alliance:

The List of Honor is the most prestigious unit award in the Royal Manticoran Navy Branch of TRMN. Given only seven times in fifteen years, the award is given to a chapter that goes above and beyond any call of duty that can be expected from a chapter of a fan organization. Due to the level of this award, the Committee looks for actions of the chapter as a whole, not the actions of individuals on board. Simply being active is not enough to be placed on the List and requires the Spirit de Corps that puts the ship on the same level as the likes of the HMS Fearless.

After careful review of all submissions for List of Honor it is my privilege to announce the following on behalf of the First Space Lord:

List of Honor:

The HMS Medusa (SD-316) has in the last year shown that they meet the requirements of the List and then some. Representation at their local conventions, community service, charity, and work within TRMN are well above the call of duty that we ask our members. Their actions in the last calendar year have shown the integrity of the crew and its command staff and their collective work and initiative have benefited everyone they have worked with. As recognition for their contributions, the HMS Medusa is to be immortalized in the List of Honor.

All crew that were part of the chapter in 2023 are allowed to wear the List of Honor ribbon with gold border and scroll.

Additionally, HMS Medusa's ship crest will be given the gold rope border, signifying to any passing vessel the distinction of their enrollment on the List of Honor.

Additional Unit Awards:

While not appointed to the List of Honor, the following chapters are to be recognized for their efforts in the 2023 calendar year as based on their submissions.

Royal Unit Citation for Gallantry: HMS Hexapuma (CA-412)

For substantial contributions to their community and local convention scene, the HMS Hexapuma is awarded the Royal Unit Citation for Gallantry. Their continued efforts during the 2023 calendar year have shown a positive light on TRMN as a whole and their Commanding Officer should be proud of their crew's accomplishments.

Meritorious Unit Citation: HMS Interloper (SD-460)

For their efforts for Calendar Year 2023, the HMS Interloper is awarded the Meritorious Unit Citation. Their charitable actions as a crew and efforts for community represent the core values of TRMN. Their Commanding Officer should be proud of their crew's accomplishments.

As always, the selection process for List of Honor is difficult and this year was no different. Our membership continues to go above and beyond and all chapters who submitted should be proud of their accomplishments in the last year. We look forward to the next cycle and encourage COs to submit their crew's accomplishments to the committee when nominations open again!
