Re: Inter Bureau Transfer, Bureau of Ships (BuShips Directive 1802-04)

Captain Senior Grade Doss Buckalew,

You are hereby ordered to immediately cease operations in the Administrative command and vacate your office.

From there you shall assume full command of Construction and Refit Command. You shall take upon yourself the duties in which will provide services to the Royal Manticoran Navy and her Allies with directing your subordinates as they perform their tasks in commissioning and upgrading all chapters. You may at your discretion appoint, with the approval of the Chief of Staff and myself, staff as you see fit to ensure the smooth operation of Construction and Refit command, ensuring that the RMN and her allies have expedient deployment of new and recommissioned vessels.

You have done the bureau proud as Commanding Officer, Administrative command, and I am sure you will carry on that steadfast service, and high quality of operational control into your new role.

Congratulations, and good luck.
