As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby order Captain Sir Rob Folden, KE, OG, GS, CBM to the post of Chief of Staff to the Second Space Lord, effective 22 December 2016. Captain Folden is also promoted to the rank of Colonel. Colonel Folden you are hereby awarded all rights, benefits and privileges associated with this rank and position.
Colonel Folden please make haste to your post in the Second Space Lord's office and take command of the team and your new responsibilities. May everything have mercy upon your soul MMMWWWAHAHAHA- I mean, congratulations!
