Buplan Order 1404-01 was issued 08 April 2014 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It appoints members to Fleet Liaison positions in the Bureau of Planning.

| Re: | Appointment to the position Fleet Liaison in the Bureau of Planning (BuPlan Order 1404-01) |
As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint CPO Kelly Kluckman to the position of 8th Fleet Liaison and CRP2[1] James D Sena to the position of 10th Fleet Liaison, in the Office of the Bureau of Planning. The responsibilities of the positions will focus on coordinating convention planning within their respective Fleet territory and ensuring uniformity with organization standards.
CPO Kluckman and CRP2 Sena, you are hereby ordered to Admiralty House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will assume the position of Fleet Liaison for your home Fleet.
The above effective 8 April 2014.
