Buplan Directive 1902-01 was issued 7 February 2019 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It is the appointment of the Chief of Staff position in the Bureau of Planning.

Chief Petty Officer Lannie Kenton:
Effective immediately, you are appointed to the position of Chief of Staff for the Bureau of Planning, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role. You are therefore carefully and diligently to discharge your Duty as such in the Rank of Captain Junior Grade. Captain (JG) Kenton, please report to the Chief of Staff’s office immediately and take your position post haste and may the powers that be have mercy on you.
