Re:	Promotions of Brian Chappell and Brad Lee (Army Directive 1809-02)

In light of their dedicated service to the RMA as members of the High Council as Deputy Chief of Staff - Operations and Deputy Cheif of Staff - Training and to help them fulfill their roles as such, I hereby promote the following members to the following ranks as of 09-09-2018:

• Brian Chappel to Brigadier General (F-1)
• Brad Lee to Brigadier General (F-1)
