Re:	Promotion of Dennis Sustare (Army Directive 1807-02)

In light of Dennis Sustare's dedicated service of the RMA as OC of Home Guard Sandgate Castle, and for fulfilling requirements of time in grade, promotion points, and examinations, I am proud to promote Dennis Sustare to the rank of CAPTAIN, effective 12/13/17 in light of issues with the K1RMA and the delay of grading his exam due to those circumstances.
