TRMN Career
Lieutenant (JG) Sir Philip Culmer is currently the Ship's Surgeon of the HMS Pegasus and the Speaker of the House of Commons. Previously, he was the Chief Corpsman and then Chief Personnelman on the HMLAC Constantine and before that a Corpsman on the GNS Albion.
He is a Knight Commander in the Order of Queen Elizabeth, and holds a Baccalaureate from King's College, Landing. He has previously taught Electronics at Saganami Island, and the History of Medicine at Mannheim University
