Naval Directive 20JA-01 was issued 1 January 2020 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This directive appointed the Commanding Officer of Tenth Fleet.

To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, all Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy, and all Members of the Grand Alliance

Re: Commanding Officer, Tenth Fleet (ND 20JAN-01)


As of 1 January 2020, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of Rear Admiral of the Green James Jones, Baron of Whidbey Basin:

I hereby name Commodore Sir Drakkus Heath as Commanding Officer for Tenth Fleet, with all rights, duties, privileges, and honors appertaining thereunto. CDRE Heath is hereby promoted to the Rank of Rear Admiral of the Red.

I cannot express the gratitude that TRMN and Tenth fleet have for RADM Whidbey Basin, he has put in all effort, time, and care into his fleet and it is with great regret that I send him on to his next endeavor. RADM Heath, may you follow well and make your best mark on the fleet, leadership is a challenge and I know you are up to it!

This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 01-JAN-20
