Re: Royal Manticoran Army Marksmanship Reinstatement (Army Directive 06-1701)

On my authority as Director of the Royal Manticoran Army Marksmanship I hereby reinstate the RMA Marksmanship Program as originally appeared in AD 09-1501 pending the release of a revised version at a later date. Army personnel may continue to participate under these regulations, with the records and awards being kept by unit OCs and NCOICs. The unit leaders have the authority to announce and issue these awards, ensuring to post the awards in the Forums so that the soldiers involved are recognized.

Guidance will be forthcoming for members not attached to Army units participating under the Army Marksmanship Program. For the time being, AMP Awards may be issued to any TRMN member attached to an Army unit. Members not attached to Army units may wish to find an Army OC or NCOIC willing to log their hours and issue awards, or simply create a new Bivouac or Home Guard unit with a single soldier.

Good gaming to all involved.

Issued by:
Jeffrey A. Webb
Major, RMA
