BuShips Directive 2205-02 was issued on 20 May 2022 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new CO for RHSS Javier Giscard (RHSS-01).

Rear Admiral Sena:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHSS Javier Giscard (RHSS-01), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Vice Admiral Mitch Dunn, in service to the Republic. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above directive is effective on this date, 20 MAY 2022.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Vice Admiral Dunn for his service as Commanding Officer of Javier Giscard and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
