BuShips Directive 1209-02 was issued 07 September 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Raven.

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on September 7, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Raven, DD-1295. This is a Falcon Class Destroyer under the Command of Lieutenant Commander Michael Roybal and is assigned to the Eighth Fleet.

The crew of this ship is as follows:

• ENS Levi Romero
• Spacer 3rd Class Victor Mena
