Buplan Order 1506-01 was issued 03 June 2015 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It appoints a member to the Third Fleet Liaison position in the Bureau of Planning.

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Lt. Commander Jacklyn Sullivan to the position of 3rd Fleet Liaison in the Office of the Bureau of Planning. The responsibilities of the positions will focus on coordinating convention planning within the Third Fleet territory and ensuring uniformity with organization standards.
Lt. Commander Sullivan, you are hereby ordered to Admiralty House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will assume the position of Fleet Liaison for Third Fleet from Captain (s.g.) Joseph Lyons.
The above effective 03 June 2015.
