===Job Purpose===
To assist the Chief of Staff with facilitating communication between the Units within the Fleet			
			
===Duties===
# Participate in all staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff
# Oversee official communication methods and policy
# Facilitate, maintain all wiki pages and social media presence
# Ensure Orders are communicated and archived as per policy
# Coordinate activities of Chapter Communication Officers within Area of Operations 
# Act as the official voice of the Command to the membership
# Share information with Bureau of Communication, Service and other fleet/army Communication Officers
# Liaise with Bureau of Communications/Fleet/Service staff regarding permissions for social media access
			
===Skills===
# Excellent verbal and written communications skills
# Strong proficiency with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources.
# Ability to organize a wide variety of information and materials in a meaningful and useful way

===Qualifications===
# Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
# Communications, Sensor or Data Systems exams passed (Preferred)
# Hold a minimum rank of O-2 (Lieutenant (junior grade)) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework
# Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
# Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 6 months
