*a.	Warrant (W-1) and E-7 Promotions will be handled in the month they are submitted.
*b.	Enlisted Boards will be handled in EVEN numbered months.
*c.	Officer and Warrant (W-2 through W-5) Boards will be handled in ODD-numbered months.
*d.	Flag Boards will be handled at Steering Committee meetings.
*e.	The Chair of each board does not get a vote except in the event of a tie, with the exception of the Flag Board. 
**i.	If the Flag Board has a tie, the 5SL will be the tiebreaker.
