Joint Chiefs Directive 2404-01 was issued 04 April 2024 by the Speaker of the House of Lords, the Speaker of the House of Commons, and the High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy per PD-SC-1007.

This directive awards the Star of Grayson to Captain David Bell.
