Commanded by [[CAPTJG]] John "Jack" Yeager, ''Intractable'' claims [[wikipedia:Antioch, California|Antioch, California]] as her charter city.  ''Intractable'' had the distinction of being the first Invictus-class superdreadnought to serve within Tenth Fleet.
==History==
''Intractable'' was commissioned on 23 August 2016 by order of [[Bureau of Ships|BuShips]].  Her crew originally commissioned {{hms|Roland|DD-476}} in May of 2012 and had upgraded to this new vessel.  After commissioning, she was immediately assigned to [[Task Group 91.1]]'s command.  ''Intractable'' formed [[Battle Division 201]] with {{hms|Medusa|SD-316}} in September, as part of [[Battle Squadron 2]].  

''Intractable'' was decommissioned on 4 March 2022.<ref>[[BuShips Directive 2203-01]]</ref>
