BuShips Directive 1910-01 was issued on 2 October 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive designates a new flagship for First Fleet.

}}}} is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, the First Fleet. Heracles is further directed to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with three red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Any previous directives or orders regarding Heracles’ status as flagship is hereby overridden and/or rescinded.
