My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on May 28, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Devastation, DD-44. The new Command Staff is as follows:

  • Commander Joseph Morgan, assigned as CO, HMS Devastation
  • Lt. Commander Joseph Lyons, assigned as XO, HMS Devastation

The Bosun and remaining crew of HMS Devastation remain unchanged.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

  • Joseph Morgan to Commander
  • Joseph Lyons to Lt. Commander
