My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on September 16, 2013, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Enterprise, BC-480. The new Bosun is Chief Petty Officer Jeffery Southern.
Remaining crew and Command Staff is unchanged.
