My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on August 28, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Death Claw-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant, j.g. Laura Gallagher and is assigned to the HMS Death Claw and Sixth Fleet.

The crew of this ship consists of:

• Ensign Karl Gallagher (assigned as XO)
• Spacer 3rd Miles McDaniel
• Spacer 3rd Tom Tjarks

Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the rank shown below:

• Laura Gallagher to Lieutenant, j.g.
• Karl Gallagher to Ensign

They will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
