Ladies & Gentlemen,

It is my most solemn duty to inform you of the passing of Mr. David Hall, father of Steward Petty Officer Second Class Susan Cole.

BE IT SO ORDERED that until 17:00 CDT (UTC-06:00) on 22 January 2021, all flags at Headquarters BuPlan shall be flown at half-mast in honor of the life and legacy of Mr. Hall.
