Commensurate with his new duties and responsibilities, CAPTJG Dupras is hereby brevetted to the rank of Commodore.<br /> <br /> <br /> Commodore Dupras is directed and required to transfer aboard the flagship of TF22, there to assume the duties and responsibilities for regional oversight over all Her Majesty&#039;s ships, light attack craft, and pinnaces operating in Task Force 22.<br /> <br /> <br /> I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of all Allied citizens therein.
