My thanks to the personnel who conducted Royal Manticoran Navy operations at Who’s Yer Con, held in Indianapolis, IN, 31 March-2 April 2017. This was a fleet level event with a recruiting table, and our participating personnel recruited nine new members for the local chapter, as well as members for a chapter in a neighboring state. Well done! All awards are effective 4 April 2017.<br />

The following personnel are awarded the HAVENITE OPERATIONAL SERVICE MEDAL for their participation at Who’s Yer Con 2017:<br />
