The [[Second Expeditionary Force]] is the [[Royal Manticoran Marine Corps]] Fleet level command of [[Second Fleet]] within {{trmn}}. Commanded by [[Major General]] [[Sir]] Sir Martin R. Tizura, [[KE]], [[SC]], [[OG]], [[NS]], [[DSO]], [[CGM]], [[RMMC]], from aboard {{hms|Vixen|DD-174}}, the force's area of operations includes the [[wikipedia:United_States|American states]] of [[wikipedia:Illinois|Illinois]], [[wikipedia:Indiana|Indiana]], [[wikipedia:Kentucky|Kentucky]], [[wikipedia:Michigan|Michigan]], [[wikipedia:Minnesota|Minnesota]], [[wikipedia:Ohio|Ohio]], and [[wikipedia:Wisconsin|Wisconsin]] as well as part of the [[wikipedia:Dominion of Canada|Canadian province]] of [[wikipedia:Ontario|Ontario]].

The Second Expeditionary Force was established in 2023 with [[FORCECOM Order 2302-D]] from [[Marine Forces Command]], ordering [[MGEN]] Tizura to assume command of the force.
