You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Sixth Naval District, to relieve RADM Brett Price, RMN, as Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril.<br />

HMDN-2407-03.01: Commodore Cook, by order of the First Space Lord, you are promoted to the rank of REAR ADMIRAL OF THE RED (F-2), and hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.<br />
<br />
HMDN-2407-03.02: RADM Brett Price, you are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Sixth Naval District, to assume the Deputy Fleet Commander position for Sixth Fleet. Fail not this duty at your peril.<br />
