The following directives shall affect all flag billets reporting directly to the [[First Space Lord]] of the [[Royal Manticoran Navy]]:<br />

* '''Directive 22DE-01.01''': The minimum rank for the billet of the Deputy First Space Lord of the Royal Manticoran Navy shall be [[Admiral]] of the Red (F-4-A).<br />
* '''Directive 22DE-01.02''': The minimum rank for the billet of the [[Chief of Staff]] to the First Space Lord shall be [[Commodore ]](F-1).<br />
* '''Directive 22DE-01.03''': The minimum rank for the billet of a [[Space Lord]] shall be [[Vice Admiral]] of the Red (F-3-A).<br />
* '''Directive 22DE-01.04''': The minimum rank for the billet of a [[Fleet Commanding Officer|Numbered Fleet Commanding Officer]] shall be [[Rear Admiral]] of the Red (F-2-A).<br />
