As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the 96th Battle Cruiser Squadron comprising the HMS Truculent, the HMS Black Rose, the HMS Andromeda and the HMS Helen. In addition I do hereby direct Commodore James Sena to take command of this unit and proceed to his assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Tenth Fleet Commander and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 21-JAN-2015.<br />

BatCruRon will be comprised of the Northern Division (BatCruDiv 961) with the HMS Truculent and the HMS Andromeda assigned and Captain Senior Grade (brevet) Timothy Monk as Division Commander, and the Southern Division (BatCruDiv) with the HMS Black Rose and HMS Helen with Captain Junior Grade Ian Graham as Division Commander.<br />
