As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Protector, Benjamin Mayhew the IX, I hereby establish the 413th Destroyer Division comprising the GNS Mercy, GNS Joshua, and GNS Albion. In addition I do hereby direct Captain Martyn Griffiths, Steadholder Pittman to take command of this unit and proceed to his assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of the citizens of the Grand Alliance therein. In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Fourth Fleet Commander and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 17-Apr-2015.<br />
