The MSM is awarded to qualifying military personnel of all branches. The ribbon for the version awarded to [[Royal Manticoran Navy]] and [[Royal Manticoran Marine Corps]] personnel is green with red stripes, while the version issued to [[Royal Manticoran Army]] personnel is yellow with blue stripes.
