==Definition==<br />
Per [[Admiralty Order 2307-10]]:<br><br />
The Lord Chancellor is a non-voting member of the [[Board of Directors]], reports to the Board, and serves as TRMN’s legal advisor. The Lord Chancellor must be a licensed attorney. If a member if the one of the military themed branches, upon appointment they will be promoted to their branch’s [[F-4]] equivalent and then placed on the retired list for the duration of their service in the position. If a [[Civilian]], they will be appointed to [[C-22]] rank.<br />

The current Lord Chancellor is Sir Matthew Parker, Duke of [[Camera Stellata]], who previously served as Judge Advocate General until that position was redesignated Lord Chancellor.<br />

==Judge Advocate General==<br />
The Office of the Lord Chancellor was established in 2023, with [[Admiralty Order 2307-10]]. Before that, the legal advisor of TRMN was designated the Judge Advocate General (JAG), who reported to the [[First Lord of the Admiralty]]: <br />
