It awards the winner of the Admiral&#039;s Cup.<br /> <br /> ==Order Text==<br /> My fellow members of Eighth Fleet and the Grand Alliance,<br /> <br /> It is my distinct pleasure to announce the winner of the first annual Eighth Fleet Admiral’s Cup.
